These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IQ Thinking website at iqthinking.site, the online puzzles and the optional pre-recorded phone service (together the "Services"). The Services are provided by UGC Masters Ltd, registered office: ul. "Tsar Asen Parvi" №15, Belogradchik, Bulgaria, UIC / Company No: 204836938, VAT: BG 201088845 ("we", "us" or "our"). 1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended only for people aged 18 or over. By using them you confirm that you are at least 18. To use the phone service you must either pay the bill for the phone line you use or have the permission of the person who pays it.

3. Description of the Services

IQ Thinking offers ten online puzzles covering pattern spotting, word sense, visual thinking and deduction. When you finish, your result is prepared. A detailed explanation of your result is available through an optional, paid, pre-recorded phone service.

4. Entertainment and educational purpose

The Services are provided for entertainment and practice only. Your result relates only to the puzzles in this set. It is not a standardised or certified IQ score, a psychological diagnosis or an official document.

Nothing in the Services is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. For a formal assessment, please consult a qualified professional.

5. Price of the phone service

Calls cost £3.60 per call, plus £3.60 per minute, plus your phone company's access charge. Service is for entertainment only. 18+. This is not a live call but a pre-recorded service. The recording lasts 12 minutes. Charges appear on the bill for the phone line used. A call only starts when you make it yourself, and you can end it at any time by hanging up. No subscription is created.

6. Right of withdrawal

By calling the number, you expressly request the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided, any applicable right of withdrawal is lost.

7. Your obligations

Use the Services for private and lawful purposes only.
Do not access the Services in an abusive or automated way.
Treat our staff and service partners with respect.

8. Changes to and suspension of the Services

We may change, improve, temporarily suspend or discontinue the Services at any time. We may restrict access where there are signs of misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, puzzles, graphics and design of IQ Thinking are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, distributed, modified or made publicly available without our written consent.

10. Third-party content

Where third-party content or services are mentioned, their providers are solely responsible for them. We do not endorse such content.

11. Liability

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee that they will always be accurate, complete or available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims by third parties arising from your misuse or unlawful use of the Services.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page and applies to use of the Services from the date of publication.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
