Before you start

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know about the puzzles, your result and the optional call.

How do the puzzles work?

You answer ten puzzles covering pattern spotting, word sense, visual thinking and deduction. After each choice the next puzzle opens automatically. Your result is then prepared.

What does my result mean?

It shows how many puzzles you solved correctly in this set and which thinking style came most naturally to you. It is not a standardised IQ score, a diagnosis or a certificate.

How much does it cost?

The puzzles themselves are free. The detailed explanation of your result is available through an optional phone call. Calls cost £3.60 per call, plus £3.60 per minute, plus your phone company's access charge. Service is for entertainment only and for people aged 18 or over.

Is the call live?

No. This is not a live call but a pre-recorded service. The recording lasts 12 minutes.

How does the call work?

At the end of the puzzles you will see a button. When you tap it, the number is shown and your phone starts the call. No call is ever made without your own action, and you can hang up at any time.

Who can call?

You must be 18 or over and either pay the phone bill yourself or have the permission of the person who does.

What about my right of withdrawal?

By calling the number, you expressly request the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided, any applicable right of withdrawal is lost.

Do I need to register?

No. You do not need an account, a name or an email address. Our Privacy Policy explains which technical data is processed when you visit.

Who can I contact with questions?
